Vibrant raspberry, bold blue, navy and yellow provide a punch of color throughout this home. In the living room, crisp white wainscoting above soft gray walls create a perfect base to pop some color! This room feels bright and fresh, yet not overdone. I love to layer brass and gold accents on top of gray in my lighting and accessory selection. It adds warmth and richness. The name of the fabric on the gorgeous carved wood occasional chair is lollipop fuscia which sold me instantly! The upholstered ottomans remind me of a bow on top of a perfectly wrapped present. The owners wanted a dining room where they could gather without worrying about their kids ruining the furniture. Mission accomplished. The rustic gray trestle table and navy blue chairs will withstand many holidays to come. I transitioned blue into their home office by covering the walls in textured blue grass cloth and using a Greek key pattern on the corner chair. Pops of yellow are repeated in the lamp and artwork. The animal print rug reads neutral, yet provides an unexpected interest. The end result is a beautifully tailored interior with just the right punch of color!
